You MUST use banners provided by cyberafricans.com and serve them on your own server. Blind links and your own text/banner are ALLOWED (except for the old $0.05 and $0.06 per unique). Check them out, they are very pulling!

We send payment out by wire (you may provide you bank account when signing up or later) on the 6th of the month or the following business day if it is a holiday or weekend. For anything under $50.00 per month we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars.

If your flat (old program) account is definately unproductive, we have the right to switch it into sliding scale account (the "up to $0.25 per unique" program). You will be notified first, and all the monies will be paid in the full amount!

We have a zero tolerance policy for spamming. If we find that you are spamming, we will terminate you immediately without pay and you will not be allowed back in our program. No exceptions!

In the event that we detect any sort of mechanism that falsely generates hits to the website, and it will be detected, we will prosecute the person responsible to the fullest extent of the law. And we will not pay and do any correspondant with cheaters.

Raw and Unique clicks are determined by the IP addresses of  surfers who click a LEGALLY linked banner from a sponsor's site.

We reserves the right to terminate your account if it is considered unproductive (for flat rate program only). In such cases you will be notified in advance and you will still get paid for the clicks you've already sent.

We reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
